Service providers and destinations
A sub-processor is a third party Sygna appoints to process personal data on our behalf. This page separately identifies those service providers and the advertising destinations a merchant may choose to connect. A connected destination is not automatically Sygna's sub-processor: its role may be processor, independent controller, or joint controller under the destination's product-specific terms and the merchant's own account agreement. See our Privacy Policy for the data-sharing details.
We will update this page whenever a sub-processor is added, removed, or changed. During the pilot, we will use reasonable efforts to notify active accounts of material new sub-processors before they begin processing customer data, so you can ask questions or stop using the affected feature.
Destinations you connect
These only receive data if and when you connect them in Settings — they are not used by default. You instruct Sygna to send data to them, and their own terms govern what they do after receipt.

AI / large-language-model providers
Hosted AI processing is disabled for the initial beta. No hosted AI provider receives pilot customer data while it is disabled. Before enabling one, Sygna will update this page and verify that the production account and plan are covered by processor terms that exclude prompts and responses from model training or product improvement.

Where a service provider processes personal data in a country that requires an additional transfer safeguard, Sygna relies on the applicable data-processing terms and transfer mechanism for that service. Some providers incorporate those terms automatically; others require account-level acceptance, which must be completed before that provider is used for pilot personal data. Transfers to a destination you connect are governed by your agreement with that destination. See the "International data transfers" section of our Privacy Policy for more detail.
