Sub-processors
A sub-processor is a third party Sygna uses to help deliver the service. This page lists every sub-processor that may process personal data on our behalf, what we use them for, and where they are located. See our Privacy Policy for the full detail on what data each one receives.
We will update this page whenever a sub-processor is added, removed, or changed. During the pilot, we will use reasonable efforts to notify active accounts of material new sub-processors before they begin processing customer data, so you can ask questions or stop using the affected feature.
Destinations you connect
These only receive data if and when you connect them in Settings — they are not used by default.

AI / large-language-model providers
Used to parse business-profile notes, explain health alerts, and draft strategy recommendations. We select providers and plans intended to exclude your data from model training. A deployment uses only its configured provider; production currently uses Google Gemini. Anthropic remains an available provider and may process data only if that deployment is explicitly switched to it.

For transfers of personal data out of Israel (including to the United States sub-processors above), we put appropriate safeguards in place — such as Standard Contractual Clauses or the sub-processor's own certified transfer mechanism.
